6. The Grand Ole RV Resort reseryes the right to restrict any activity that is not in the best interest of the tenants and the RV Park.
7. Quiet time is from 10:00 p.m. until 7:00 a.m.

10. The tenant agrees to read and COMPLY with all Grand Ole RV Resort RULES and REGULATIONS as posted in the office, and/or on the premises and on agreemenl

17. This agreemeni contains the entire agreement between the Landlord and the Tenant, no other reprelentation or inducement, verbal or written has been made which is not contained in this lease' This agreement is severable, if one portion is invalid, the remaining portion shall, nevertheless remain in fullforce and effect.
18. WiFi is available with out any charge to the tenant. However, it is not guaranteed and anyone using the WiFi is solely responsible for their actions and agrees to not use the WiFifor any illegal or offensive actions.
